Silver ladle dated 1822 maker help?

Not often I find older pieces in flea markets here in up in the far north of Finland but found this today for a very good price. If anyone can help me with the maker and where it’s from? Marked: WA 12loth 1822. Not sure if it was later converted with holes and gilded as a strainer or is original?
