I have no idea what this object is for, it isn´t a napkin ring.
The assay mark is Christian Heise of Copenhagen, 1926, but does anybody know the maker?

I do not know the silver smith, but it is a piese of siver for a stick. Here you see one in use.
One this one is written "A. Jensen Ringstedvej 14". Yours need just name.
