Silver Spoons Scandinavian?

I have 3 gold washed spoons with Hallmarks 925S. followed with initials A.G.H. The handles in part are enamelled. I'm not sure whether they are silver or who the maker is, age etc? All help appreciated, thank you.. ;)

The maker is Arne G. Hakonsen, Norway.
They are sterling silver .925 (gilded).
