830S)NM Norwegian mark

NM I think means Norsk Monster = Norwegian Pattern. The little Half Moon ? between 830S and NM is perhaps a maker's mark which I could not find in our forum's "Norwegian makers". Does anybody know the maker?

Thank you very much for your quick answer. Though I studied twice the "Norwegian Makers", I overlooked that mark. The pattern probaly was designed at the beginning of the 20th century!?
