Copenhagen mark is 1728 to 1771. There are various city marks in that period that match - match a little, but as hallmark is damaged its difficult to get any closer.

The box is last quarter of 17hundreds - alt that limities further.
But no maker look like.

I think something fishy - could it be Hanau?

Hi Hose,
Thank you for your answer. If you look at the squares in the towers, you can tell that it is around 1760. It is Danish Dubble-marked, can't find the maker though. Never seen Hanau marks that imitate Copenhagen hallmarks.

Not 1760 - that I am sure. Look at the curved line unden 1 - the line under 1760 is straight line - with some spids.
