The mark is unclear but it is not a Scandinavian mark rather from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. A Diana Kopf 800/1000 from 1867-1922...

The mark inside the little cartouche that you describe as the Diana kopf is merely the letter 'T', and is not typical of the Austrian marks I know. In other words, no Diana head in this cartouche. I definitely agree, it has the Austrian shape though.

Well this pattern is typical in almost every European country. Anyway, thanks Hose, I found him. The spoon is after all from Norway but not Trondheim. The town mark is a flower with a capital T inside. That is Troms/Tromsø in northern Norway and the spoon is made by Henrik Martin Hendriksen, born 16. 2.1847 in Tromsø. His working period was around 1870-1894. He is know to have made spoons and tableware.
