Does anyone know the EM maker of this 1939 Malmo dish?

I would say that the maker is probably Emil O. Möller.
It would fit with the mark and he (they?) made art deco type pieces.

Yes it is Emil O. Möller in Malmö 1913-1981. As from 1934 Möller was appointed a court supplier.
