Can anyone tell me the maker and date of this pepper?

The only thing I can say is that your object is made after 1929. The mark "N" in a square was registered that year and is still in use. It is the mark of Norwegian Gold and Silver Product Association for gold and silver ware manufactured in Norway. The maker's mark has some similarities with Theodor Olsen in Bergen, but I'm not sure at all, sorry. Anyway, I think it is a rather newly made.

It is made by Th. Olsens Eftf. Sølvvareverksted in Bergen.
I think in the 1930ths
