Swedish cake server

I recently found this Swedish cake server .

From the date code I found that was made in 1866, but I have not found anything about the city and on the silversmith.
Moreover, it seems to me that the handle is small compared to the blade. It may have been replaced?
Can anyone help me?

Well, when you ask so nicely ..;-))))

The master is Lars Johan Engblom (LJE) born 20.2.1838 in Östra Trollstad and dead in Stockholm 21.11.1910. He worked in Nykoping, a Gothic N, 1868-1882. The year is correct, M5 is 1866.
