Norwiegen? Demettas set of 5 1873 Maker? silver Content?

Postby Dusty1 » Mon Nov 03, 2014 8:35 pm

I spent time trying to do a positive I.D. but came up short on the markings on the back. I apologize I had difficulty posting pictures. I hope it's o.k. to link to photo bucket. If not please delete this as I don't want to break the rules. Many thanks. Dusty1

The three tower mark to the right is Denmark. The left mark SG is the guardein/assayer Simon Groth 1863-1904 in Copenhagen. The middle mark is the maker but I cannot read it because your photo is out of focus. Take a new sharp photo of it.

The maker is Vilhelm Christesen, designer Carl Peters.
