This spoon is 8.25 inches/slightly over 21 cm's long. I think it's scroll pattern is especially attractive, but beyond the obvious marks and its quality, I know nothing about it. Any information will be very much appreciated even if it seems redundant.

Most likely Jacob Fredrik Davidsen in Oslo 1912-1947. He was born 1901 and died 1958. He also marked Fr.Davidsen

Your spoon is sold by Fredrik Davidsen in Oslo, but made by Hval & Kristiansen ( 1908-31).
The name of the pattern is Rococco, made 1924-31.
