Unknown Scandinavian Maker

Hi there,

I believe this will be a Scandinavian maker on what appears to be a bullion spoon. I spotted a few forums on 'NK' and Nordiska Konpaniet, but this doesn't seem like a great fit that this is Swedish based on the marks. Any help is appreciated!

pattern is definitively Norway.
830 s is coresponding to norwegian origin.

That was my thinking as well. Just can't find that maker in any of my books or online. Should be interesting to hear if some of the others recognize it or have an idea of when that pattern was made.

Rose was given as a present from the norwegian people to Kong Haakon VII in 1906.
Raised from 1800 traditional rooths

- more that 40 different parts excist (produced).

I think the spoon is sold by Nils Klemetsen in Stavanger 1897 - 1959.
