13½ look like Norway.
A. Iversen in the city Nørre Holm 1801

Nørreholm is in Nordjylland in Denmark. There would have been a lot of transaction between Norway and Northern Denmark in 1801.

Cold be norwgian used in denmark.

Hi Hose_dk!
Thank you for reply! But I have new question: how do you think - A.Iversen was the maker or the owner?
