“H.H” and Barrel-shaped Mark

Please help identify the marks “H.H” barrel (?) “H.H” on this spoon:





The spoon is 13.5 cm long and weighs 9 grams. On back it has a barely visible pin-pricked engraving that would not photograph: “Erindring a/ 7/10 93”. Just a guess, this may be Norwegian and mean “In memory of 7/10 [18]93.”

Any help appreciated.

Thanks all for a speedy and very helpful reply.

I gave up too soon on reading past threads because so many older image files have disappeared over time.

Nice to learn that sometimes, that which looks like a barrel is indeed a barrel.
