HELP IDENTIFYING HALLMARKS

Please help me identify this. Wondering if it is Silver or Silverplated.

Your spoon is in silver 13 1/4 lod. Made of Nicolai Monclair 1833 - 1892 in Bergen (Norway)in 1865.

I don't understand what you mean by 13 1/4 lod.

Speaking in terms of percentages....what percentage of silver is that? Example-40% 90%

From 1491 the purity in silver was marked in Lod. 16 Lod = 1000/1000.
From 1608 the purity should be 13 1/2 Lod = 843/1000, but on the 1800's it was allowed to use 13 1/4 Lod.
From 1892 we have used 1000 parts.
