Hello, welcome to the forum.
Your spoon is made in Sweden from left to right; 1.) maker’s mark GRL for ERIC LINDBÄCK registered 1927-1969, 2.) National Control Mark (Triple Crowns-Cat’s Paw), 3.) Metal Mark (S for silver, minimum 800 fineness or 80% pure silver), 4.) Town or City mark N in circle = Nordmaling, 5.) Date letter that identifies the year of assay L8 = 1937

The spoon is a Lapp wedding spoon , originally they were betrothal gifts, but I believe they are still sold as a popular souvenirs of Lapland.

A minor amendment. The S-mark and the cat's paw indicate 830/1000. The 800 fineness comes with EU as from 1995. This spoon is older.
