Glass bowl with silver top Norwegian

I have a glass bowl with silver top ring and handle that is probably Norwegian.
The bowl may have been used for sweets or something like that.
The marks on the inside of the handle are as follows
H/W,
PS or BS
Looks a bit like a face with a hat on.

25 is 1825
10 M is the 10th month of 1825
ie October 1825 this was made in Bergen - the head is not a head but a building on 7 dots, for the 7 hils.
Wardein is Christien Hoff 1821 to 1860
last mark is maker but you have not shown that.

Thank you for the detailed information.
The item belongs to my wife who was born in Bergen.
I need to find a good silversmith to get the handle repaired now.
