Can't Figure out Hallmark on weird finnish dish

Marked, Kasityota Pirkan-Kulta Oy, to the left of the maker's mark. I know it is a handmade Finnish piece with 916 silver content but thats about it. It is signed on the top of the dish with another signature, dated 1966 (see pic).

Can not get much information on this anywhere. Does anyone know anything about this piece?

The "H7" mark (I think - it's a bit blurry) dates this to 1961 (see the date marks here: http://www.925-1000.com/Ffinland_Date_Code.html ), and the piece was hallmarked in the city of Tampere.

Hi, this comes "a bit" late but I just wanted to tell you that the engraving (Mauno Kuusisto) is the name of a rather famous Finnish singer. Obviously the piece was a gift to him.
