I am figuring it was made in 1773, can I confirm this? Its a family heirloom, story has it that the King of Sweeden Charles Jean Bernadotte had a son who died early on and this was his baby cup. Anyone know anything on this?!?

I can't make out the date code here. It looks like it might be "K3" for 1816, but whatever the case, the "3" series of letters ran from 1807 to 1830, so the cup is definitely 19th, not 18th century. Can you post a clearer photo of the marks? What is the mark on the right: "PZ"? "FZ?"?

If we assume that PZ is correct we have Pehr Zethelius. He dies July 8th 1810.
B3 is corresponding to 1808 and the town is Stockholm. So I would say that we have identifyed maker - I cannot see the makers mark but he is the only PZ and he is in Stockholm. And city mark Stockholm I can see.
The Crown is not a king crown, but could be some nobility - dont know if it is count or what.
