Hello.

The crowned M mark was used by Anton Michelsen of Copenhagen Denmark ( founded 1841 ).
The 09 under the three towers stands for 1909.
The mark on the right is the assayers mark. Chritian F. Heise 1904-1932.

Hi,

I believe this is a commemoration spoon made in honour of Princess Marie Amélie Françoise Hélène d'Orléans (13 January 1865, Ham, near Richmond, Surrey — 4 December 1909, Copenhagen) was a French princess by birth and a Danish princess by marriage.

Hope this helps.

Best regards/JAKJO
