Small Vinaigrette?

I'm not sure where this is from or even what it is. It's about 4cm high and has some marks which I can't identify.

Initial impressions can be so totally wrong, but I guess Norway 1756.
Perhaps made by a master in Christiania (Oslo) or Moss.

I hope there will be some reaction from the Norwegians, now when I move it.
