Help please - Maker and City of this Swedish box

This small, hinged, lidded box looks like Niello work, though I can't be sure. I see the three Crowns and the letter code for 1885, but I've been unable to find any reference to makers J&P or to what I'm assuming is the City mark.

Any help is appreciated.

City mark (entwined "CC") = Karlskrona
Maker "J&P" = Johanson & Pira, founded Jan 1885 by partners Sven Johanson (1827-aft. 1890) and Henrik Pira (1842-1911); the firm became Henrik Pira & Son in Jan 1889.
