It could be Gustav Hellstrøm in Stavanger (1868-1957) and I think 1935 - 1950

Thanks so much! The bulk of my Scandinavian souvenir spoons date from the 1930s-60s, with the earliest verifiable dating on a lovely enamelled piece from Danish maker Peter Hertz, bearing London import marks for 1903/04, I probably would have guessed this one to be nearer in age to the Hertz piece.
