Norwegian souvenir spoon - TVÃ˜?

Another mark I haven't been able to track down, TVÃ˜. Anyone know the maker and possibly, approximate dating? Thanks!

According to one of my books, TVÃ˜ is the mark for Finn Ã˜yen & co, Oslo

My reference book only says 1973, and I think that refers to the year the mark was registered. My guess is that the letters TVÃ˜ are the initials of the founder of the company, and that Finn Ã˜yen is a son or grandson that took over in 1973.
I don't think the firm excists any more, I can't find anything about it. Sorry!
