I have a beautiful Danish candle holder for which I cannot identify the hallmarks. On the bottom center is inscribed DGH STERLING DENMARK 925S, then closer to the edge there are these other marks: G&AT 925 followed by these marks that I have drawn Here is a photo of the candle holder: Any help would be very much appreciated.
Hello there, it looks Danish marks. My book is not precise enough but I know that Bo BRAMSEN has written a book on all Danish hallmarks with is published by Politikens. Maybe you could find the info in this book. Hope this has helped. Best Regards. Myriam
Hello, The maker's mark is for Dansk Guldsmede-Håndværk of Copenhagen, it can be found here onsite at Danish Makers - D The other marks look to be an English import mark and date letter. Hard to judge from the drawing, but possibly London 1970. Regards, Tom
