7 1/2" Silver Spoon Maker?

I found this spoon among my wife's uncles things and have always been fascinated by the detail of the handle. His family immigrated form Norway between 1890 to1900. I believe the 13 1/3 marking is the fineness. The mark in the middle may be the maker? The third mark looks like a G4 which could mean it was made in 1837 if I'm correct. The engraving appears to be a name maybe first name of Georg. I'm not sure about the last name. I would really like to know more about it.
