Large delicate spoon

My family, as well as all my inherited silverware, is from Sweden and Norway. This piece is my only unidentifiable standout. It measures 8.5 inches in length and is hammered so thin that I would only chance sipping broth from it. Can anyone decipher the hallmarks?

Looks like Norway to my eyes. ::: The hallmark with the cursive initials seems to be the maker's mark. ::::

The mark to the right is Christiania's town mark (Oslo) in Norway. The maker's mark is CM and that is a Swede; Carl Andreas Mordt/Morth from Halmstad/SE, born 1767. He arrived to Christiania in 1794 and became master there 28.6.1796. He was alderman in "Gullsmedslauget i Christiania" (the guild) 1799-1802 and 1805-1808. He died 7.12.1824. Your spoon is made 1818 (the mark is upside-down) The small mark is the zodiac mark, but unfortunately a bad punch.
