Besides name or number of the flatware - marked with the Moscow kokoshnik 1908-1917 - it is interesting for what purpose are the two round "knobs". See special photos.

I believe they are for serving cheese.
Here is a Christofle example from 1894:

Thanks Tre.
Just another question: For what purpose is the second piece from underneath.

Re: Fabergé flatware in original box
Hi!
A very nice set, congratulations! The markings are correct so it is a genuine Fabergé set with the original case.
The different parts are (from above):
- ham fork
- cheese buttons (these are put on the cheese so to avoid fingers touching the cheese, even today available)
- sardine server
- cheese server
- fruit knife.
Regards,
Juke

Small correction. It changes a little, but... According to the catalog 1893 (viewtopic.php?f=46&t=25506) p. 49, this is server (spatula) for butter.
Re: Fabergé flatware in original box
Thanks Dad for checking and translating this from the original catalog. These tend to have similarities in the looks and then small variations according to the size so cheese servers some what bigger than butter knives. My logic was just as there are the cheese buttons there would be the cheese server also in the set but would as well be the butter knife in the set as found by you in the original catalog.
