Hello!
About brands.
From my point of view, the state hallmarks (88 silver standard) are quite good. 1908-1917 years.
Poor photo quality, but one of the best factories of the Khlebnikovs used this type of marks ("ИХ" and the mark of the supplier of the Tsar's Court).
About the quality of work.
I don't like it, but let other participants express their opinion.
