Unknown Makers Mark on Large Spoon First Kokoshnik

Hello,

I have a spoon with the marks as shown. The spoon is approximately 9 inches long.

What looks like a kokoshnik mark seems to purport to have the assayer as Anatoli Apollonovich Artsybashev working out of Vilnius. Please correct me if I am mistaken!

I think the maker is marked MG yet I have been unable to find this mark elsewhere.

If anyone has any information on this maker it would be greatly appreciated. I also understand there is a world of fake Russian silver. Your doubts are also appreciated!

I think this is the expanded brand of the silversmith "МГ" from the city Vilna.

Agree with Mart. It is the mark of Mausha Chaimas Goldas ( Моуша Хайм Лейбоеич Гольдъ) He was born in 1866. In 1887 he became apprentice in his father's (Lejba (Лейба) 1896?-1908) workshop in Vilna/LT. Mausha graduated in 1892.
Artsibashev assayed in Vilna/Vilnius LT 1884-1888 and again 1898-1914.
