Ovchinnikov Trompe L'Oeil boxes do not circulate in flea markets.
This is an obvious fake with faked marks. Moscow StGeorge mark speaks for itself.
Fakes become more and more dangerous, but fortunately they are still rather easy to disclose.

Yeah, apparently made by somebody Ovtshinnikov but not Pavel Akimov's company!
