Hi,
It was made in Tallin by TALLINN JEWELRY FACTORY (TALLINN JEWELERY FACTORY "JEWELER")
КЛЕЙМА ТАЛЛИНСКОЙ ЮВЕЛИРНОЙ ФАБРИКИ (ТАЛЛИНСКОГО ЮВЕЛИРНОГО ЗАВОДА "ЮВЕЕЛЬ")
The mark was used 1950 - 1952 (mark for 1953 was ТФ3).
The assay office in Tallin was assigned Hellenic leter nu.

Unfortunately I don't recognize the maker's mark but the hallmark (the worker's head with a sledge hammer) tells us that it is made in Tallinn, Estonia between 1927-1954.

The worker's head in an oval frame was used 1927- 1954. At that time Tallinn's assay office used the Cyrillic letter Н (Latin N. On 14th July 1959 Tallinn's H was changed to Э) The oval frame was superseded with the shovel frame (клеима и Лопаки) 1954-58 on small objects and the oval frame abandoned. (Hellenic and Cyrillic letter should not be mixed in this context.).

ЮТФ mark was used 1950 - 1952 (no year indicated).
ТФЗ was uded for 1953, ТФ4 1954 etc.
Worker`s head was always with Hellenic letters. What looks like H is actually nu.
