USSR Hallmark (second half of the 20th century)

Hi all,

Does anyone know what city or exact year does the mark "AЮ7" represent? I have come across a saucer with such a hallmark (as well as a standard mark of five pointed star with hammer and sickle + 916) and have found many online with the same or similar marks (Yet none has gives a full description regarding the city or date of production). Thanks, in advance.

To note, one Russian site suggests that the mark is read as "Артель "Ювелир" Армпромсовета" but I am not sure if this is correct.
