Greetings....I have what I believe is a Russian Enameled Tea Spoon with a purity mark of 88.....I need help identifing the halmark and the date....The URL has photos

Hi,
Faked Russian Kokoshnik mark 88 delta assay office for Moscow.
Original marks are overstruck or deliberately made unrecognizable.
