Re an old post of mine ,makers mark ,Armenian (not identified as yet) May be some new eyes or information may have come out since my last try.
I am not sure if member ubaranda ,who looks to be very knowledgeable on Russia items ,may have a clue.
the mark seemed to be well known in Armenia,it is strange that the name has not appeared as yet.
