Hello!
I suppose my coffee pot is Russian (height - 19.5 cm, weight - 516 grams). Please help me identify the city and the time of its production.
It has the mark with initials ГП and mark with a sailboat.
Yours faithfully.

Re: Help identify the city and the time of coffee pot production
Hi,
Must be Russian, but more likely silver plated rather than solid silver because Russia had well established marking system, and marks shown here and struck twice, are far from being similar to any silver marks.
Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Russian silver plate marks.
Regards

Do you not recall we've seen these marks before? ::: At first we thought it was Russian, but then we thought it was either from Cyprus or somewhere in the Baltic regions. ::: I believe the item was another teapot as well. ::: I hypothesized it was Kostroma because of the sailing ship but that was proved wrong. :::

We've seen this twice and the pics are missing but "Greece and Cyprus are possible provenance" so may have been wrong about Baltic Region. ::::
