Help with makers mark and city mark please

Good Day! Can anyone help with the (I think) Russian Makers Mark and City Mark? I was able to find the assay master mark on your site - but the date underneath did not get stamped on the spoon? Thank you in advance - I am really enjoying the resources on your site! I have many of my husbands family heirlooms to research!
