I'm hoping that someone can help me identify the marks on this silver-mounted cut glass vase. I've searched multiple sites with no luck.

Hi,
The maker is E. Cheryatov Е. Черятов (Е. Ч) on the right.
Retailer was Moscow firm Fedor Lorie (Фирма Ф.Лорие) founded 1871 / mark on the left.
Mark in the middle is Kokoshnik mark, see here:
