Julius Alexander Rappoport wax seal

Hi
I have a seal. Polish coat of arms is with LIS(fox) and TACZAŁA(no translation) (female and male - marriage). Seal is made of silver. Marks “88” and “I.P” (Julius Rappoport). On the top - stone - probably an emerald. Gold plated piston. Does anyone know what this? And most important - confirm the authenticity?

Unfortunately,faked Kokoshnik mark,faked maker`s mark,the stone is not emerald.
