Russian spoon.

I am hoping someone can work out what these rather rubbed and skwewed marks are on a large Russian spoon. Its date is 1864, measuring 185mm in length and is of a good gauge silver at 62 grams.

Rather poor marks indeed. The town mark is a smudge as well as the assayers initials. However, a partly B seems to glimpse and the rest could be BC. That would be Veniamin or Viktor Savinsky. If I had to guess something, I would say that the master is Aleksey Osipov in Mocow 1863-1868. I'm, however, only guessing...

Thanks Qrt.S. Moscow was my first thought, but the town mark, rubbed as it is, does appear to be symmetrical, whereas Moscow’ George and Dragon is asymmetrical.

Yes, the mark is very unclear. However, Moscow's town mark has many shapes but as I said; a guess is better than nothing.
