From a friend I got some Russian spoons (Moscow, kokoshnik 1908). At first I was very sceptical, but since I found the pattern in the Fabergé-Catalogue supplied by Dad, I am pretty sure that the spoons are authentic. Am I right? Weight 126 grams, 21,5 cm long. Had that pattern a name or a number? Does anybody happens to know something about the crest? Regards silverfan
The set has no name other than Number 2. Anyway, it is OK and the crest belongs to the Russian family of Бобрищев-Пушкин (Bobrishchev-Puskin). The nine tines in the coronet indicate baron.
