Russian/Soviet Cloisonne Egg

I am trying to learn more about this Cloisonne Egg I acquired more than a decade ago. Any help on identification of the hallmark, approximate age, etc. are greatly appreciated.

Anyway, this Soviet egg is made in 1983 in Leningrad in a factory called "Русские самоцметы" (Russian gems)
