Russian spoon xk maker mark?

Spoon marked with xk maker mark? Any idea who it could be. From reading the forum the kokoshnik mark indicates 1899-1908 and the assayer anatoly apollonovich artsybashev vilnius. Bowl is engraved and has date 1905. Handle has a persons name engraved. Thanks for your time.

The maker is H. Katz in Vilnius, Lithuania. (PL No 210)
