Hi,
I think it`s ял or яA,unknown to me anyway.
Not even assay office letter can be identified in the Kokoshnik.
88 zolotniki is .916 fineness.
I think Faberge mark was added recently to deceive.

Unfortunately this piece carry fake marks like AG2012 already mentioned. The mark ЯА is supposed to mean Hjalmar Armfelt, one of Fabergés masters. However, the quality of the object is not even close to what Armfelt produced. If you haven't bought it, leave it, otherwise return it and claim refunding.
