I bought a niello cigarette case in a very nice condition. I can not find this silversmith in PL but I think it's Vasilij Egorovich Rukavishnikov. Can anyone show a picture of literature with these hallmark.

Correct, this mark (BEP) is not mentioned in Postnikova, but in Ivanov #3632
