G.G.KLINGERT!?

I stumble into this kovsh with a maker's mark of Klingert that I have never seen before i.e Г.Г.КЛИНГЕРТЪ. The mark is on the bottom's outside. Klingert's forenames were undoubtedly Gustav Gustavovich but I cannot recall ever seeing Г.Г. in front of his surname in a mark. In addition, what is the mark, a lyre, above his name? There are no more marks on the kovsh (should be) and it is neither enameled or in niello, so?????...The hallmark looks OK, but still...I'm very doubtful....
I would appreciate some opinions...

Hi,
This image of the mark (on a spoon) appeared in Russian forum (posted by a reputable contributor a year ago).
Many views, no response.
Again, on a spoon described as ``rare Klingert mark``.

Never seen or recorded mark and uneven lettering.
Kovsh not well made - particularly the handle is poor, and soldering.
