have a Samorodok cigarette case made by the firm of Court Supplier I. Morozov. Next to his mark is the mark of И.А. Who is it? Could it A.I. Tiander be? He was one of the workmasters...

The mark "И.МОРОЗОВ" doesn't belong to Court Supplier Ivan Ekimovich Morozov (Иван Екимович Морозов). This is the mark of Ivan Ivanovich Morozov (Иван Иванович Морозов) who also supplied to the Imperial Court.
The mark ИА probably belongs to Ivan Arkharov (Иван Архаров) who made cigarette cases.
