Nice podstakannik, but in my eyes the glass doesn't match as it should. I looks like it fits too tight. If you poor hot water in it, the glass might crack. Contact me with a PM. I might have a better fitting glass available for you. Nonetheless, the maker is Vasily Ivanovitch Andreyev, working in Moscow 1908-1917. Your podstakannik is made 1908 because that was the last year the left looking kokshnik was used. Do you happen to know who is MYe (ME, the engraving)?

Hi,
There was rather famous podstakanik (tea glass holder) maker Василий Андреев (Vasiliy Andryev), but no dots (pellets) in his marks.
No dots in PL either.
Probably somebody else.

@AG2012

Take a new look on P#2276.
A minor correction. Andreyev was active already 1897.

Rather interesting, I think.
@Qrt.S - I will gladly take contact with a private message later today. And no, unfortunately I do not have the information regarding the graving.
