found a nice niello spoon from Fedor Ivanov with import marks (?). Which country?

Hi,
Belgian standard with letter A 800, A 830 etc. Accompanied by maker`s mark (sponsor) in barrel shaped lozenge.

Belgian mark was used later (the source above).But no controversy if it was traded much later.

That was the closest I could find.
