Letter ``и`` in smaller font is unusual for middle name. More likely it stands for ``and`` partnership or something like joint enterprise. But not mentioned in Skurlov either.
Will keep searching.

this mark I have seen several times in the past - but the objects were just average and I had no interest.
I have a similar mark from Kiev - also unknown to me.
